Step 2: Brief phone consultation. You will receive a call from one of our therapists who will ask some questions to get a general understanding of your situation.

Step 3: Intake session. One of our therapists will call you to schedule a face-to-face intake session, where we will develop a more comprehensive understanding of your needs.

Step 4: Begin ongoing therapy. Depending on your particular needs, ongoing therapy may be with your intake therapist or another therapist.
